The 2008 / 2009 test has been updated to make sure it complies with current National JBQ Guidelines.  The test is fully automated such that it is easy to complete and grade.

The new certification test is password protected, and only districts / churches / leagues that have signed up to use this test have been provided with passwords.  If you are interested in signing up to certify your officials, send an e-mail to michael@bqtest.org.

PLEASE NOTE - AFTER COMPLETING EACH SECTION OF THE TEST, YOU MUST GO TO THE BOTTOM OF THE TEST AND CLICK THE "GRADE TEST" BUTTON TO GO TO THE NEXT SECTION.  IF AFTER CLICKING THE "GRADE TEST" BUTTON" YOU DON'T GET A GRADE BUT INSTEAD GET SENT TO THE LOG-IN SCREEN, CLICK THE "BACK PAGE / ARROW"  BUTTON ON YOUR BROWSER.  THIS WILL TAKE YOU BACK TO THE PAGE WITH ALL YOUR ANSWERS.  CLICK "GRADE TEST" AGAIN AND CONTINUE THIS UNTIL YOU SEE YOUR GRADE AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE.  THEN CLICK CONTINUE TO GO TO THE NEXT SECTION.

IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE TEST, SEND ME AN E-MAIL AND INCLUDE ALL OF YOUR LOG IN INFORMATION AS WELL AS THE BROWSER YOU ARE USING AND THE WINDOWS OPERATING SYSTEM ON YOUR COMPUTER.

Some notes about the test:

• It is a web based test.
   

• The test is in four parts - General Guidelines, Scorekeeping, Timekeeping, and a Tally Test.
   

• You can take any part of the test but can only get a certificate after you have completed all parts of the test.
   

• If you have to come back and complete specific parts of the test later, remember to enter your identification information exactly as you did the first time you logged in (the system will remember what you have already done, so you don't have to start over).
   

• When you submit your final answers and get a grade of at least 80% you will be sent to a Certificate page where you can print your Certification document.
   

• If you are logging in to retake the test (you did not receive 80% or better), you need to change at least one part of your log in - name, address, etc. or else you will be sent back to the original record that has your scores already entered.  If you only need to retake one part of the overall test, you must send me an e-mail (michael-jbq@comcast.net) to delete the score in the section you want to retake.
